Sign-in and account security

Authentication cookies keep your session available between requests and support account security. They are necessary for signed-in features. The server validates the session; the presence of a cookie alone does not grant membership or staff access. Signing out invalidates the active session.

Additional short-lived cookies may support a sign-in challenge, a remembered login method or an authentication callback. Blocking necessary cookies prevents these account features from working.

Your interface preferences

Browser storage remembers your chosen light/dark theme and selected club workspace. A sidebar preference cookie can remember whether navigation is expanded. These preferences do not identify you to advertisers. Clear the site's browser data to reset them.

Notifications and camera

When you enable device notifications, a service worker and browser push subscription allow updates to reach your device. You can remove subscriptions from Profile or revoke browser permission. Camera permission is used only for the scanner when you choose to open it; stopping or leaving the scanner stops the stream.

Analytics and external services

Clubfold does not initialize optional analytics, advertising cookies or session recording. Payment pages and other external links may use their own necessary storage after you visit them. Their providers explain those practices separately.

Manage your choices

Use the theme control for appearance, Profile for account and notification settings, or your browser's site settings to clear data and review permissions. Clearing browser data does not cancel a membership or delete your server account.
