See your plan, period end and renewal status. Cancel renewal in Profile, or contact us if you cannot access your account.

Active members can open a private conversation with their club. The club team can help with its events and membership benefits.
Open messagesAccount & privacy
Use password reset if you cannot sign in. Contact Clubfold support for access, correction or deletion requests, or to report suspected unauthorized access.
Reset your passwordTalk to Clubfold.
Email your account address, the club or event involved, and what happened. Include the time and an error message if you have one. Never send your password, entry QR or complete card details.
For a cancellation, say which membership and when you want it to end.
