Can a travelling format use Clubfold?
Yes. Your community follows the format. Add the location to each event, wherever the next night takes you.
Can I offer more than one membership?
Yes. Each plan has its own price, interval, benefits and optional capacity.
What happens when I edit a plan?
The new terms apply to new memberships. Existing members retain their subscribed price and benefits.
Can members cancel?
Members can cancel from their profile. Access continues until the end of the current membership period.
When does a paid membership become active?
Only after the payment provider confirms payment. Returning from checkout alone does not activate a card.
