Who provides Clubfold

Clubfold is operated by the X70 service provider identified in the imprint, where you can find the full business address and contact details. These terms cover the platform account and its tools. Club-specific benefits and admission conditions are displayed by the relevant organizer.

You can browse public pages without an account. Creating an account is free. Live paid membership checkout is currently unavailable; no payment is collected simply for registering or requesting a club.

Your account

Provide accurate information, use an email address you control and protect your password, recovery details and membership QR. Do not share an account or present someone else's membership. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.

Use the service only where you can validly agree to these terms. A membership does not override a venue's age limits, identification checks, accessibility arrangements or admission rules. Check those requirements with the organizer before travelling.

Membership plans

A plan states its benefits, price, billing interval and any member limit before joining. Your membership records the plan terms accepted when you joined. Later plan edits apply to new subscriptions and do not silently replace your existing price or benefits.

Free plans renew on their stated monthly or yearly cycle until canceled. A future paid plan can activate only after payment-provider confirmation. Before live payments are enabled, checkout must identify the contracting seller, total price, renewal conditions and applicable withdrawal information.

Cancel renewal from your profile. The membership remains usable until its displayed period end, unless another lawful reason requires suspension. Canceling an event reservation does not cancel a club membership.

Events, reservations and entry

Reservations are subject to the published capacity and guest limit. The capacity includes the member and every reserved guest. Cancel a reservation you no longer need so the places become available again. Staff recheck membership and, where applicable, the reservation at the door.

Organizers can cancel events. Members then receive an in-app cancellation notice and the reservation is canceled. Tickets bought through an external link are handled by that ticket provider and its seller; X70 does not confirm an external purchase from the link alone.

Club owners and staff

Only register a club you are authorized to represent. Publish accurate descriptions, prices, benefits and events, and ensure you have rights to the material you supply. You are responsible for fulfilling the benefits you promise and for using member information only for legitimate club operations.

Owners control staff roles and ownership transfers. Managers may manage club operations; door staff receive attendance access. Do not use broadcasts for unsolicited advertising, unlawful content or disclosures of someone else's personal information.

Acceptable use and content

Do not harass others, impersonate people, exploit security weaknesses, automate abusive requests, upload unlawful material or attempt to access another club's private data. We may restrict misuse proportionately, explain the reason where appropriate and provide a way to contact support.

You retain your rights to the content you submit. You permit X70 to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the service and your chosen features. Public reference listings are informational and do not establish a partnership or authority to manage the named club.

Availability and responsibility

We maintain the service and investigate reported faults. Availability can be affected by maintenance, connectivity or external providers. Save details you need for an upcoming event and contact the organizer if entry information is unavailable.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where that would be unlawful, including mandatory liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. We do not promise that software can be free of every error or security risk.

Leaving the service and changes

You can request account deletion in your profile. Active paid subscriptions must first be canceled; owners must transfer clubs that still have active members. Contact support if you cannot complete those steps. Deletion removes the personal records described in our privacy notice.

We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. The current effective date is shown here. Material changes affecting an ongoing agreement will be communicated appropriately; publishing an update does not retrospectively rewrite a membership contract.

German law applies to the platform agreement, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of habitual residence. Contact contact@x70.one about a concern or dispute.
